There are many regulations, statutory requirements and HSE recommendations regarding mechanical and electrical services within our building’s & homes.

These include emergency lighting, L8 & the control of Legionella, F-gas regulations, fixed wiring and Gas Safety. Some of these require annual inspection or pre planned maintenance (PPM) at shorter intervals.

Whatever your concern, we provide our clients with qualified & professional Trades people who attend to each individual situation ensuring you get the right repair or maintenance required.

We also offer consultancy on existing designs & installations providing insight in regards to cost or better ways to improve performance and lessen the environmental impact.

At LDN, we will always ensure that all regulations, statutory requirements and HSE recommendations are adhered to. Prior to & after any works are carried out, we will review, update and issue all required documentation for each system ensuring that all necessary checks, inspections and tests are carried out and documented.
